How your enquiry is handled

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your email address, which consultancy you’re asking about, and anything you choose to share about your journey, the support you’re looking for, and how you’d like to be contacted.

That information is used for one thing — so Teresa can read your enquiry and reply to you. It is seen by Teresa, and it is not sold or shared with anyone else.

The form deliberately doesn’t ask for medical records, diagnoses, scans, or medication lists. Please don’t include them; they aren’t needed for a first conversation.

If you’d like your enquiry deleted, reply to any email from Teresa and ask — it will be removed.
